Adobe also provide tools to help make Adobe PDF files accessible to the vision impaired. These tools convert Adobe PDF documents into HTML or ASCII text which can then be read by a number of common screen reading programs that synthesize text as audible speech. These tools are available from http://access.adobe.com/  You are now leaving the DEST website

Sometimes printers will not be able to print whole versions of PDF files at once, due to some parts of the PDF files being very memory intensive.

If you are having difficulty with printing PDF files we recommend that you select to print only a range of pages, for example pages 2-20, then pages 21-40 and so on.

Pages that have tables, graphs, charts etc may need to be printed by themselves.
