The meeting was held on 7 April 2006 in Canberra. The meeting provided an opportunity for DEST and state and territory AGQTP managers to build professional networks, disseminate information on professional learning strategies and activities taking place in each state/sector and refine and improve program delivery. The meeting also provided an opportunity to think about “What it means to be a top class teacher in the 21st Century”. This session was led by four keynote speakers.
